Dana Kislig, Esq.

Dana Kislig, Esq. joins Gennaro Potratz after 5 years of experience as a legal practitioner. Prior to joining us, Dana was a practicing litigator and outside general counsel for small and midsize businesses at his own law firm based in Newport Beach, California.

Dana’s diverse experience includes complex litigation in state and federal court as well as private arbitration. In addition, his work includes litigating complex matters in several states outside California. Dana’s accomplishments comprise of awards and settlements in excess of a million dollars. Prior to operating his own practice, Dana was an associate at Wellman & Warren LLP, a well-respected boutique business law firm in Laguna Hills, California.

While working full time, Dana earned his Juris Doctor at Whittier Law School graduating with honors. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Business Administration with honors from California State University, Fullerton.

Dana has a deep passion for helping others who are less fortunate as well as for helping children. Dana is the Founder and President of The Justice Foundation of America, a non-profit charity that gives people with a criminal past a second chance through mentoring, life changes and expungements. He also serves on the board of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Orange County. He is also a board member of the PONY Dana Point Youth Baseball organization where he commissions baseball players for All-Star and high school play.

Dana is a proud native of Dana Point, CA. He and his lovely wife Stephanie have six wonderful children. He enjoys coaching their soccer, basketball, and baseball teams. Dana also has interest in talk radio and film, appearing occasionally on live and podcast talk radio and acting in kung fu movies.
